I would like to have the audible alarms have a different sound for each area. I have done some research but have not been able to find instructions on how to do this. The system is running Conductor NT Version 6
I have the following information:
(PAW) Panel Alarm Window is used to generate the Audible Alarms.
The PAW task will look for a specific file in a specific directory.
The WAV file is located C:\ABB\LIB\SOUNDS.
ABB has two standard wav files WavPriHigh.wav and WavPriLow.wav.
Multiple Wave files can be placed in C:\ABB\LIB\SOUNDS.
How can I assign an alarm generated in a specific area to a wave file for that area?
Example: If area = XYZ then (alarmsound=” C:\ABB\LIB\SOUNDS:AreaXYZ.wav”) this would play that sound for area XYZ.
I need specific instructions to complete this task.
Thanks, Troy
