Please need help
The SRV ON FRAME 7 was blocked on the position 30% to 45%
That means CMD and feed back are correct and when it's was command 30 feed back is 30% and CMD =30to 45 % feed back was always on 30% after 45% the feed back will be same 45%
The valve mechanical blocked on this value 30-45%
There is solution to change the cst not following trip from5% to 7-8%
Is there any other solution because from 0-30% the CMD and feed back are same and 45-100% also feed back same only 30-45% the CMD are not same to feed back
Kindly if there is solution without change the valve ? This tomporary solution !

The calibration couldn't been realized. however some test were performed at site the results were as follow
From 0 - 30 % opening command , the valve reaction is normal and Feedback is correct (mismatch command /position = 0
From 30 - 50% the position don't follow the command and the mismatch command/position increase progressively. and from 38% of command la vanne is blocked
From 50 - 100% the valve reaction is correct..):0.
What's the solution here

 

Measure the output to the Servo. What's the Current??? Servo Oil Pressure to the Cylinder??? Could be Valve is Sticking. Look at the Shaft if Visible and see if any Wear marks..Bent??? Let us know..I do agree CSA is "The Man" on Gas Turbines, Good Luck...
