Starting MKV turbine with only 2 controllers

Is there any way to start a GE MKV machine with only 2 good controllers. We only want to get the machine to FSNL after an overhaul and shut down and fir the other controller

I remember doing this many years ago for pretty well the same reasons, forcing the Ready to Start was the issue but I can't remember exactly how I did it.
Cheers

Would it not be easier to get all 3 cores working??

If one starts up with only 2 cores, ANY voted error will vote to trip the unit.

We have been trying to get the co ntroller up for 5 days we need to get the machine up and install a controller from another machine and try it

With the limited knowledge of your CSP; I can only provide these signals that have been on every MKV I have tangled with.
L3VOTE_Q will prevent L3RS (ready to start) if RST are NOT OK.
