After changed the TCPA card and solve the problem of the values of phase currents, about one day there are some alarms appear on diagnostic alarms list like; TCPA relay output #02 failure, TCPA relay output #03 failure, TCPA relay output #04 failure, TCPA relay output #05 failure, TCPA relay output #07 failure, TCPA relay output #09 failure, TCPA relay output #10 failure, TCPA relay output #14 failure, TCPA relay output #15 failure and TCPA relay output #16 failure. These logic status appear & take a time then change the status after reset.

Please be adviced me about these alarms its reason & how solve it?

 

Maybe the new card need to adjust for some variable resistance or change the position of the jumpers but we revise it.
