I have a question about Trisen310, we replaced one Trisen310, the old one's analog output#2 is connected to DCS to have speed indication in DCS, but after we replaced it with a new one, DCS shows 0 rpm all the time even when Trisen has speed reading. The configuration and jumpers setting are the same. Could anyone tell me how to send speed reading to DCS?

Is the output of trisen sending standard 4-20mA to DCS? Did you try to check how much current (if mA) it is sending?

 

I figured it out later that Trisen's second analog output needs to be configured as speed read out.
