virtual serial comm via GM862-QUAD Modem

I have a GM862-QUAD Modem at a remote location and a MOD9001 Modem at the control room. I need the remote modem to collect data from a microcontroller that is physicall connected to it and then send this data to the other modem located in the control room. I don't have static ip address so I am using dynamic ip address. Does anyony know how to go about doing this?
