what bandwidth is needed for spectrum analyzers for automation control panel?

As we know control panels have low base frequencies 50/60 and 50th harmonics is only 2.5kz. All affordable spectrum analysers like rigol 815 tg have bandwidth from 9khz so does it mean they are not useful for FFT analysis of the EMC issues in the control panel? What gear do you use ? What near field instruments?
