What's Open About It ?

I have three questions:

First of all, what's open about your Open Architecture Control. Private proprietary offerings on a proprietary platform are not
open or in the public interest.

Second: Why are our limited public tax dollars wasted on software and services provided by an adjudged monopoly. This is not in the public interest either.

Third: What can you do to help out the only automation project I know of that is publicly owned and operated in the public interest. All our software is freely distributable and free as in free beer.

Shouldn't that be a priority over OMAC and the Microsoft Corporation? I think these billion dollar megacorps can afford their own research.

Regards

Frederick,

<[email protected]> directed this inquiry to me, but the terminology is not from ITL. It is a clear reference to the Open Architecture Control
program in your division. So you would be the best person - or know who is - to answer it.
