at the time of turbine rolling wether we have to keep speeder gear in minimum position or not?

if so, at what RPM we will we start raising speed gear to use as a speed controller?

 

Can you please tell us what kind of turbine you have and what kind of starting means it uses, including what the speeder gear does? (I'm sorry; but none of the terms you have used are familiar to me if you're referring to a GE-design heavy duty gas turbine, which is what many of the posts here refer or apply to.)
