Key Features of GRIPfit Push-in Fittings

The new GRIPfit series is made from PA11 technopolymer, forming a bio-based solution resistant to chemicals, 20% lighter, and reduces emissions by 46% without affecting durability. The push-in fittings also feature gripping rings made from stainless steel, making them oxidation-resistant. The gripping ring enables quick and secure assembly and disassembly while minimizing scratches on the tube. The push-in fittings are engineered for repeated use in challenging environments, maintaining optimal sealing and high flow capacity with no pumping effect for an extended lifecycle. The new Series 7000 GRIPfit solutions are certified with REACH, RoHS, and ISO standards to guarantee reliability in eco-conscious operations.

Four Specialized Ranges for Diverse Applications

The new GRIPfit is available in four different Series 7000 variants, catering to various applications. These variants include Series 7000 Automation, Cooling, Beverage and Filtration, and Medical. The new Series 7000-Automation features a reinforced PA66 technopolymer for pneumatic systems, offering efficient sealing for applications such as automation, textile, robotics, and the packaging industry.

The Series 7000-Medical is designed from bio-based PA11 material, and with ASTM compliance, the solution is suitable for use in applications such as oxygen concentrators, ventilators, clean rooms, and anesthesia devices. The cooling variant, also designed from bio-sourced PA11 polymer, features resistance to temperature changes and contact with liquid cooling additives, thanks to its nickel-plated brass threads. Therefore, this variant is well-suited for laser cutting, welding pliers, semiconductors, data centers, and energy storage industries.

The beverage and water filtration model combines low-lead brass and PA11 material to ensure reliability in applications such as water dispensing, water treatment, food processing, and water filtration, and is approved for use with drinking water.

Meeting Modern Industrial Sustainability Needs

As the need for sustainable industry in the line of connection fittings grows, challenges featured in traditional fittings, such as tube wear, limited resistance to harsh conditions, and difficulty in assembly, are addressed by emerging solutions like the Series 7000 models in the GRIPfit product line. With an innovative gripping ring design that simplifies installation, the use of environmentally friendly polymer material in the design, and compliance certifications from key organizations, the new GRIPfit push-in fittings align well with reliability and sustainability targets, making them a future-proof solution for manufacturers across various industries.
