There are no tutorials as such unless you attend a course at an Omron office. The best download site for Omron manuals is http://oeiweb.omron.com/oei/ and click on Knowledge Center or PDF Files. There are manuals for virtually everything.
In Australia we have available an Omron Digital Library CD that was developed here for worldwide distribution. The latest version is 3.1. Check with your local Omron distributor to see if a copy is available. It has all the latest manuals on it.
