Problem programing A/D module in Cutler Hammer D32LT

In the software WINGPC of Cutler Hammer, I need to now how to make a ladder program using the A/D module of a D32LT PLC. The problem is that I need to use a position encouder that control the clamp traver in a injection molding machine and I don't know how to do it in the ladder program. I am new in this A/D program.
