Capacitance of Intrinsically Safe Cables
Marat... I'm not questioning the reason you are providing calculations using wire parameters! In my opinion meeting safety requirements the onus is on the mfg providing the 'component' installed in the IS area! Phil Corso

Starting Torque for 3 Phase Induction Motor
fsx.. I was able to find the procedure more quickly than I thought ! Note: the attachment is a 2-parter because it was a not an induction motor, but instead a synchronous motor ! Regards, Phil Corso

Starting Torque for 3 Phase Induction Motor
fsx.. The curves are necessary, but you lack other information, such as: a) Inertia of motor ! b) Inertia of compressor ! c) Gear box Ratio ! If you are interested I will provide you with an example of the procedure to use... Regards, Phil Corso

Generator Rotor Shaft vibration with increasing of Excitation Current
Dinindukodi... My presumption was incorrect. The problem I encountered happened to a Non-Salient-Pole machine! Therefore, it isn't related to your situation. The mistake I saw was the company's workers made a serious error in placement of the rotor after it was lifted off a train's flat-car...
