GT Start Up monitoring parameters after Reverse Power/ Generator Motoring
Txture The Reverse-Power relay (ANSI/IEC Tag '32') is generally used to protect the prime mover, especially if a gas or steam-turbine. Damage to the generator is harmful if resultant currents are unbalanced. The melted breaker components (stabs or bus ) are certainly indicative of major...

What is the impact of High Exhaust Pressure on HRSG?
Muhamad Adeel... Once I worked in a plant where an HRSG was referred to as "Flue-Gas-Cooler". The company was heavily fined when the country's Authorities in which it was located ruled that it was a Heat-Recovery-Steam-Generator and not a Flue-Gas-Cooler. Regards, Phil Corso

Unbalance 110 VDC Distribution Incoming on the Battery Charger Rectifier / Service Rectifier
mickyeng... I'm aware of only one company that uses an unbalanced +DC and -DC Bus System. The unbalance improves the ability to diagnose unintentional earthing/grounding of DC Powered Control Circuit wiring and devices! The company is SEL or Schweitzer Engineering Labs! Regards, Phil Corso
