PID Tuning Without a Plant Model on a Slow System
You are dealing with transport delay and thermal response lag, use proportional only to avoid overshoot.

Linearity of the systems
With an intermediate speed control on the motor, you control system needs to be designed for speed control at least how you have defined the system.

Control valve use in different fluids
as long as adequate pressure rating, pipe size, and flow/deltaP requirements are met, it can be considered..

Acidity measurement in molten sulphur
None that could be used in actual service. You'll need to consider the equilibrium constants of the various ionic species at those temperatures as free H2SO4 probably does not exist as a separate component.

Anyone have some experiences with Flowmeters?
Typically you are only given normal process flows from the material-energy balance calculations. The instrument range is typical chosen at factor of 120-140% larger than normal flow for d/p meters to account for variations in the pump capacity and valve swings, and so on.

Radar level transmitter problem
Foaming presents problems in some services. If you get good reading with reduced filling rate, then you'll have to reduce the rate of filling.

Radar level transmitter problem
This is a common problem. The measurement is only suited to ideal fluids with splashing, foaming, or changing reflectivities. You need an alternate measurement.

what are the checks required if the Control valve have Hunting Issue ?
if the air leak is pushing the liquid away you are okay. ORings do not use rubber as a rule.

Emerson magnetic flow meters 8700 peoblem
That is a typically a pipe mounted device, flow through, not "imersive." As the electronics drive the magnetic coil used, you'll need to contact your supplier, for basic trouble shooting advice.

fisher pcv installed in petrol road loading line
The samson valves were pneumatic(air) operated, the Fisher self contained, with actuation by the process fluid. In liquids the 6351 regulator must be used, but the risk is possible leakage of diesel from the actuator. High temp seals must be used if you have temperatures>50C
