What Parts Difference between Conventional and DLN-1 Nozzle in GE-6B?
There is probably more than hundreds of parts in the system. Try going to a retrofit dealer, why do you want to do this, it is a huge job !!

Servo valve won’t control mid range
this may help , it's an Abex but same as Moog. Used to have either but Abex wasn't so reliable

Servo valve won’t control mid range
It's a good question. Do you have another servo location that you could try the servos on ? It's a long shot but could there be anything wrong in the hydraulics? When did this happen, did it work before, any system changes made?

servovalve turbine GE 3002
Strangely GE Speedtronic control systems, all the way back to MKI Speedtronic, don't measure flow in their Fuel Gas control systems. The flow control is done by:- 1) Maintaining P2 pressure by modulating the SRV, this value is set by a Fuel Gas analysis at the time of specifying the machine, a...

It's a good idea to make a plan for items of Flow diagrams so you can understand better. Flow diagram understanding is the biggest help in trouble shooting for all disciplins ( Operations, Maintenance, etc). Study the drawings, identify the components and watch the systems in good operation to...

servovalve turbine GE 3002
I found the attached document among some old documents, it is for MS3002 and, I think, was originally written for MKII Speedtronic but the control principle is still the same. Two shaft control is a little difficult especially the 2nd. Stg Nozzle control as everything is very interactive, Load...

No problem, I'm glad you liked it. Have a good read and ask any questions later. I have worked on MKV from it's very beginning to it's end as a GE Field Engineer

I have attached a good basic MKV document. In this document there is a section on servovalve control. Have a read and see if this helps then you can ask questions. (French is OK but keep it simple)

Frame 6 Gas Turbine Lube oil circuit issue
Mist Eliminator tripping can cause a pressure in the L.O. tank and maybe a lack of oil flow to RGB, could be cause of RGB damage by overtemp, 130 Deg. is way to high

Frame 6 Gas Turbine Lube oil circuit issue
Evaporated Oil which normally would be withdrawn could re-condense and change oil consistency, extra over pressure in tank could change oil flows. Were there any new oil leaks particularly around Accessory G/box seals? For me it is the very high RGB Temp. that is most concerning and the the...

Frame 6 Gas Turbine Lube oil circuit issue
Remember Hydraulic oil comes from Lube Oil, I would guess that no mist eliminator caused some kind of contamination which passed to hydraulic oil from L.O. Load Gear damage could certainly be caused by increased temp. causing decreased lubrication and increasing Temp. (especially at 130 Deg.)...

MS7001EA Fogging Systems
I had some discussions with an engineer From Dampier, Karratha LNG where they have 7 LNG trains + the new Pluto 1 train plant. They discussed various Inlet cooling systems but didn't implement. With any wet system they saw problems with their DLN Fuel systems and had fresh water problems as...

Please wait until after the holiday weekend and I'll try and get a Controls Engineer from Australia. In summer we had 40-45 Deg.C and 80%Rh and similiar problems with you needing more output. I don't know if they tried any inlet cooling but we can ask. Have a good New Year

I am trying to find someone you can talk to. I came from an LNG site in Karratha, West Australia in 2013 which had a new LNG train with 2 x Frame 7. A discussion with them might help you.
