Hi Without be able to check the system P&IDs that would be difficult to assist you on such issue. Is that an "new issue "occuring , how about commissioning phase? Did the EPC/SUPPLIER who designed the plant have been contacted for that? Did the original design is still keept or modifications...

It would be a good thing to share here some trends... If possible.. Without such datas it would be difficult to perform remote assistance..
