Looks like the equipment need a service assistance.
Did you have read on OEM Technical manuals??

The Oem Manual that i have read saying only that " service required"& "Replace battery"

See these notes from manual:
LED (22) is ON,
the alphanumeric display indicates:
BATTERY FAULT
SERV REQUIRED
A fault is detected on the battery. Replace the battery
5.2, Battery-module replacement).
Call the after-sales support
department.


That's what i can advise you to do ..... replace the battery as per OEM instructions .
