Masoneilan SVI II AP positioner fault
The Calibration menu shown in Figure 35 provides access to all the calibration functions for the SVI II AP. If a change is made in the Air-To-Open/Air-To-Close configuration option or if you move the SVI II AP to a different valve or make any change to the valve position linkage, you must run...

STG Condenser Level Transmitter Fault
Don't forget the transmitters only report a pressure differential. If the fluid is subject to temperature or composition gradients, or unexpected flow patterns that alter the reported pressure, you can only estimate the actual fluid level.

STG Condenser Level Transmitter Fault
You need to contact your supplier, and read the maintenance literature. Sealed capillary systems are not meant to be flushed.

Expert opinion on Turbine Vibration Dips Issue and Remedial Actions
Boiler feed water pumps are subject to a vast number of process variables, so you'll have to spend a lot of time getting familiar with the actual operating environment.

Flow measurement
Make sure all air is flushed out of the instrument tubing using the bleed vents at the transmitter, to insure stable zero setting. 5% to 6% error at low flow conditions is not uncommon in operating plants.

multimeter for car
Measuring current in a traditional vehicle, you'll need to have clamp on access, for both moderate and high currents. With electric vehicles, you'll have to consult the manufacturers recommended practice and test equipment.

RTD Failure - Sheath split
The first time I saw such damage, it looked like it was intentionally hammered on an anvil, not unlike the op's image

RTD Failure - Sheath split
The sheath thickness of Pt RTDS'a is less than 0.1mm and when damaged your first impression is how could it be so damaged. When flow induced resonances are involved, the tip acceleration can easily become 50-100 G's high frequency vibration. The sensors don't last long at that level.

RTD Failure - Sheath split
First determine if flow induced resonance conditions are likely, just to identify possible cause and future risk you might be dealing with. All you need are nominal dimensions of your thermowell, and nominal fluid velocity, presumed liquid. Some applications require RTD measurements, especially...

RTD Failure - Sheath split
Witnessed failed Pt RTDS that slip fit within the well, due to excess vibration. RTD's are limited to thermowell tip accelerations exceeding 10 G's . Conventional T/C can take 20-30 G's before failure. Thermowell cracking due to fatigue failure is another issue. With key dimensions of the TW...

GT Exhaust Over temperature trip (how the logic works)
Apart from calibration drifts of thermocouples and RTD's, temperature sensors fail as an open circuits either gradually or instantly. Open circuit thermocouples read low, open circuit RTD's read high. As WTF mentioned the vendor is not using effective logic when multiple sensors are involved...
