I have a 110 DC solenoid valve, so when I checked the resistance of the coil, I found it around 0.8kohm, Is true to be within such a range, although the coil works good.

In addition, how to know the resistance of a coil from the data sheet, I'v searched and didn't find anything.

The coil current is more important than the coil resistance.
The current should be given in the datasheet.

You have the coil voltage and the watts should be in the data sheet, use ohms law to calculate current or resistance

If the load is resistive then measurement proposed above is adequate. But if the load is inductive then current will be less! I suggest you measure temperature of the coil!
