If I want to determine that GT is Stable for dynamic purpose, Is it enough or okay to consider that when load(MW) is stable for at least 90 (maybe more) seconds? What Should I consider to give remote indication that GT is stable?

Tricky... with your name youz cud define Stable anyway youz want. It's certainly not recognized as a power system performance attribute.

Perhaps CSA can advise you as to its suitability in the GT world!
