How to initaite DAQ of Bently nevada System 1 installed in hp proliant ml350p gen8 which has lost communication to 3500 Racks after a fan failure,I verified the NICs and all hardware if they correctly seated,I rebooted the server, pinged ip address in PDH network ,one Rack with TDI is communicating with the software the others with tdxnet didn't,even though they ping successfully. l
satarted all the services related to System 1,the event log is showing ;Daq has encountered an internal error and other log is pointing a missing daq instance id while connecting in online mode even though DHP is initialized
l tried to start data acquisition single computer setup with no result.
I tried to shrink the size of the historical database and I am wondering also if deleting it and creating a new one could help without requiring an activation code or corrupting the configuration database causing it fail connecting with the DAQ ..I tried to repair System 1 using CD .
