ABB/ACS880 vfd will not run in auto run. Controlling from a micrologix 1200 and analog I/O module. I can switch the control switch at operator panel to the "jog" position and drive and Motor will run. I can also run motor from drive manually in "Local" position on HMI.

Check your start-stop owners in Group 10, your reference owner in Group 11, and check the realtime status of the DI and AI in Group 1 while you're trying to run in auto. Sounds like the drive works and the auto mode inputs aren't being recognized.
