I’m currently facing an issue with my Advant Controller AC110 (Process Module PM633). I need to upload the existing program from the controller to save a backup copy on my PC. Additionally, I want to ensure that I’ll be able to go online in the future to make any necessary modifications to the program.

I would greatly appreciate it if anyone could guide me through the process or provide any helpful tips.

You will need to use ABB's Advant Control Builder or another compatible ABB programming tool.

 

I have the Advant Control Builder program, and I have connected to the AC110 controller, but I don't know how to upload the program as there is no tab labeled "Upload" or "Retrieve Program."

You cannot. The controller contains no source, only compiled code. You must find the correct version of the source code and recompile it to be able to go on line.

 

I dont have the correct version of the source code is there any other solution

Nope.
You have to use the latest version of the source code that you can find. If you are lucky, then the source code is correct and only the control builder version changed, forcing you to re-compile the target.
If you lost the source code, then you're scr**ed.
