In my plant we have dln type frame 9e mark v. when try go to premix mode these alarm happens.

1.combustion primary zone auto re-ignition.

2.dln premix mod less go to sec load rec.

3.alarm relay

4.ext.lean lean mode high emissions

5.gas pressure down gcv2 measure fault

really I don't know which signal active then the auto re-ignition is happen. please help me to know.

No. We've been down this road before with you--several times. Get some training from someone who knows and can explain DLN-I operation to you, your supervisors, your operators, your technicians and your mechanics. There has been more written about DLN-I operation in response to your queries and posts than for any other poster. And still--we get questions like this.
