BL4525 - outboard BLDC with exposed PCB ESC - vulnerability to moisture and dirt ingression

I want to use the BL 4525 motor

https://www.kegumotor.com/en/product/bl4525o-bl4525-45mm-bldc-brushless-dc-motor.html

as traction motor for a small vehicle, where the motor will be exposed, and will be about 2cm from the ground.

How vulnerable will this motor to rain and dirt ingression?

To guard against rain, drew and ground water, is it necessary, sufficient and/or appropriate for me to spray the PCB/coil stator with a sealant such as paralyne C?

I also notice that there is a gap between the stator and the outboard rotor. Would this be prone to dirt ingression? And what can be done about this?

Will prefer IP67 ratted motor. Your motor has vent holes through which Water will go and can damage the coils permanently. For Electronics, to certain extent conformal coatings will help, but you need to properly house it and protect them from dirt, grim & water with adequate heat sinks. Also you need to protect them from Vibration and mechanical shocks.
