I need to callibrate Temperature on RTD probes connected to a 1769-IR6/A modules. On the RSLogix 5000 I can go online, right click on the required module, then go to configuration. Then I got stuck. I have an offset of 20 degrees on the measurement.

Do you have the RTDs wired up with 2 or 3 wires? If you only use two you will get a zero shift up scale. Refer to page 10 of this document:
