Will be there any gain in power output if we use chiller unit to reduce evaporative cooler makeup water. In summer makeup water temperature is maintaining 40 degree C. GT output loosing by 20MW due to ambient conditions.

we have GE Frame 9E and SIEMENS H class machines. Yes we want to modify the design by adding an supplementary tank at evaporative cooler makeup line and use it as reserve during hot and humid conditions (few hours in a day).
