Hi all,
I am thinking of sequential(alternatively) control logic for three compressors for long time. Say, We have a air tank on our process.
1) Those tank are fitted and measured by different level of pressure switches. Such as High High, high , low, Low Low that depending on pressure setting.
2) We have three compressor motors or pump to operated.
3) I going to used sequence control or alternative control for three motor by one of those pressure switch.
Operation requirement are follow,
A) whenever reach to "Low Low" pressure, All compressor will start run ( provided they are assigned to standby mode).
B) When pressure built up and reached to "Low" level,
one of the compressor will drop out and two will continue to run
C) At the "High" stage, Only one compressor will run.
D) When "High High" stage occurred, all compressor will stop.
E) When user used air and pressure drop to High, another alternative compressor will run by cycle.
Say- first cycle; comp 1, and second comp 2, third comp 3 so on and so for.
So, I would like to know what type of logic can we use in this type of sequence control in either relays or PLC logic.
It is easy to create for tow compressors control. But i am not able to configure for three Compressors.
If any body have experience, Please give me a hint that how to get logic.
