connect with Twido Telemecanique PLC

I have TWDLCAE40DRF from Telemecanique .
I can connect to PLC with Twido software V2.33 and V2.31.4. I can run and stop PLC with these software.but when I want to upload program from controller , software come back to the first page after connect with PLC.
I have checked with windows 7 and windows XP also I have orginal serial cable.
