Connecting Wizcon to Siemens S7 H-Station

I am having trouble Connecting Wizcon to Siemens S7 H-Station. I have S7-Redconnect and SIMATIC NET OPC Server and a CP1613 card. I can connect to WinCC without any trouble but am having trouble connecting a 3rd party SCADA to the redundant S7-H Siemens PLC. Any help would be greatfully received.
