what will be the energy saving if we replaced 2500kw 11kv motor with 1700kw 11kv induction motor? only 37% load on the 2500kw motor of its rated capacity. please suggest.

1) Ammeter measurement is 37% of motor's Ampere rating?
or
2) Power-meter measurement is 37% of motor's kW rating?
