Does anyone have a recommendation for a field-bus actuator?

 

You need a positioner with Fieldbus communications, not an actuator. The actuator does the "heavy lifting" mechanics that positions the valve stem.

A positioner tells the actuator where to go and senses position by feedback to ensure compliance.

'Fieldbus' is a generic term, Foudation Fieldbus is a specific process fieldbus. But so is Profibus and some people call HART a Fieldbus.
