we have a problem with the flow divider in our GE frame 9e turbine as it looked staked. and when we remove the motor guard we can't rotate it so we want to overhaul it. so can any on experience will help me in maintain it?
Have you looked in the Maintenance Manuals provided with the turbine for the manufacturer's documentation?
Have you looked on-line at the manufacturer's website for any manuals?
Have you contacted the manufacturer to ask if they have any certified refurbishment shops in your part of the world?
Have you contacted any of your suppliers/refurbishers to see if they can perform this for you?
Does this unit operate with naphtha or heavy fuel oil?
For maintenance it would be recommended to have parts on hand so that if you open it up and find any damage or clearance issues you would have the parts necessary for replacement. So, a manual and parts list from the manufacturer would be very necessary.
Most of the GE-design Frame 9E heavy duty gas turbines I worked on used flow dividers manufactured by Roper. You should be able to find the manufacturer's nameplate with identifying information on the flow divider and use that to obtain manuals, parts and/or service.
