Can anyone tell good alternatives for flow measurement of Sulphuric Acid for flow rate of 10LPH at 4 bar pressure and 45 degree max. temperature.

Require a cheaper flow meter with accuracy of 1-2% with material of construction which is resistant to Sulphuric acid. Also want to send output signal to PLC, so require RS485 Output or 4..20mA output.

Please also suggest suitable models with manufacturer names.

 

Consider clamp-on ultrasonic because the materials of construction are not a factor since the meter transducers contact the outside of the pipe, not the medium itself. I think the Siemens clamp-on has transducers for a low 10LPH flow rate.
