We've got a process system that has several gas streams that need to be monitored in situ for gases including CH4, CO, CO2, H2, H2S, and SO2. We're looking for actual content as opposed to an alarm threshold. A couple of
challenges we're faced with are that the streams are relatively hot (up to 200-800 C) and have a fairly large water content (up to about 40%). Does anyone have any experience, positive or negative, with such an application or know of vendors who might have products to fit this bill? We've found a few possibilities, but most all of them require complex sample conditioning and are quite expensive.
Any help would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Briam
