Can anybody explain me, we have Siemens unit 136 MW Gas turbine V 94.2. Machine was running on base load and suddenly Tripped on "Axial shifting Tripped".
We had cleared' there is no High Temp on bearing side and none on thrust bearing side, vibration was also under limit.
We had the reset trip device and again start the machine. after 2 days when machine was running on 50 MW we increase the set point up to 65 MW as machine increase load to 60. then again Tripped on same fault "Axial shifting Tripped." all parameters were normal.
please explain what cause of this fault. how can we removed it.
