I AM LOOKING FOR GAS TURBINE TWO SHAFT CONTROL WITH LOGIC RELAY FROM STARTING TO COMPLETE SEQUENCE

you might be looking for something, but it's not clear exactly what you're looking for, even when you express your request in all capital letters.

are you looking for a control system? are you looking for a written description of the sequencing and operation of a control system? are you troubleshooting some problem?

two-shaft gas turbines can be used to drive generators (generator drive applications) and they can be used to drive compressors and pumps (mechanical drive applications).

if you have access to the instruction manuals provided with a ge-design heavy duty gas turbine (you mentioned a speedtronic mark ii in your previous unclear post) you should be able to find a document called 'Control Specification - Operating Instructions and Sequences' which should have some pretty good information, sometimes in a "flow-chart" style format.

if you have access to the mark ii speedtronic elementary for a ge-design heavy duty gas turbine then you have all the information you need. mark ii elementarys weren't done in relay ladder format, but the information you seek is there.

as much as all gas turbines are alike (they suck, they squeeze, they burn, and they blow (air is drawn into the axial compressor where it's compressed and then mixed with fuel in a combustor where the fuel is oxidized (burned), and the combustors exhaust through a turbine to atmosphere)) the auxiliaries used with the turbines can be very different. the fuel valves, the various pumps and fans and solenoids can all be very different, even for ge-design machines. so, while any speedtronic elementary may be representative of the operation and control of *a* gas turbine and its auxiliaries, it's not representative of *any* similar ge-design heavy duty gas turbine.

i think we're all struggling with exactly what it is you are looking for. is it as simple as a two-shaft control elementary written in relay ladder logic format?

perhaps if you described what you wanted to use this information for someone could make some recommendations or provide better information. but, to many of us it's not clear what you are seeking with you second post on the same subject, this time in all capital letters.

I am looking for a control system, a written description of the sequencing and operation of a control system

thanks

You might get lucky and someone who had one of the Woodward upgrades that came with a written DOSO (Description of System Operation) will send you a copy of theirs.

But, short of the drawings for the relay ladder logic of a two-shaft gas turbine I doubt you'll find much in the way of a "start-to-end" written description.

The sequencing or application code for a specific gas turbine is the *ONLY* written description that is 100% accurate for that turbine and it's application. The basics of a gas turbine are all about the same; but the auxiliaries for starting and fuel control and L.O. and hydraulics are all different. Some turbines use flame detectors; some don't. Some have variable second stage nozzles; others don't.

If you're looking for a control system for a two-shaft gas turbine, you should be talking to your local OEM supplier, and there have been a number of non-OEM control system integrators specializing in turbine control systems who have made their presence know on this site, and several who have not.

You can try doing a World-Wide Web Search for turbine control systems. Some of the names which might come up are:

GE Energy (you'd be interested in GE Oil & Gas)
PetroTech
Wood Group
ICS
ICS Triplex
HPI, LLC
Woodward Governor Co.
Metso
Turbine Technology Services (TTS)
RTP Turbine Controls
