What you need are drawings and documents specific to the site you will be working at. If you have already accepted a position at this site, the utility may be willing to provide you with electronic copies of the following documents:

T202 - (PDF file) which provides the control logic description for the combined cycle controls.

T204 - (PDF file) which provides a description of the protection logic for the combined cycle controls.

T207 - (PDF file) which provides the control settings for the combined cycle controls.

T210 - (PDF file) which provides a description of the startup and shutdown sequencing for the combined cycle controls.

S820 - (PDF or TIF file) Control Logic Diagram for the combined cycle controls.

4108 - (TIF file) Network diagram (if the controls are GE Mark VI or Mark VIe).

This should be enough to keep you occupied until you start work at the site.

The control logic for the GE gas turbines and GE steam turbines requires GE Toolbox (Mark VI) or GE Toolbox ST (Mark VIe) software, which you are not likely to possess, so you would have to wait until you are on site to access that.
