GE mark vi - issue with suicide error

Servo position feedback out of range suicided, have one of my turbine valves (upper) that is spitting this out at me and have changed out a few different things trying to fix it. Have another valve (lower) that is working and took some parts from the other and swapped them to try and eliminate issues. Believe I have a new servo in but am leaning towards changing that again next.
Stumped enough that I made an account and posted.. figured it was worth a shot!

Make sure your LVDTs are reading correct and healthy. Check your servo wiring. Perform a Master Reset. If none of that works replace the servo.
Master reset was a good call replaced servo before that but it didn’t fix anything ended up being the card which we had already replaced once (spare was pretty old)
