In GE 9E turbine, while working with dual fuel, does gas escape through the same nozzle tip the liquid does or gas has it's own passage? Is there any schematic or cutaway view of fuel nozzle construction with some explanation how it works?

The best source of information is always the Service (sometimes called O&M) Manuals provided with the turbine and auxiliaries.

While it may not be easy to find, one can usually find a lot of other interesting information while searching the Parts Manual for information on the fuel nozzles.
