GT was 65MW on DFO and preselected mode; When it transfered to gas Load come down to 55MW and stayed there. Why?

GT(Frame 9E & mark iv control system) was 65 MW preselected load on LFO and transfer to gas but load come down to 55MW and stayed there. What are the cause of this behavior? Is it fuel mismatch or other problem. My conception is if load is at preselected mode then it will go to preseclected load whatever fuel mismatch is there . Am i correct or wrong?

Yes, the GT should go back to the preselected load. However to pinpoint the problem we need to confirm other points such as:

Is the GT in Isochronous or synchronous mode? Possible load changed. Did you try manual input to increase the load? There could have been a drift in set point. Please review.
