hey in my application of concrete batching & mixing plant i have 4 load cells each of capacity 2000kgs. i have to connect all 4 load cells parallely i.e only 1 signal comes out in mV by connecting all 4 load cells in parallel. by doing so m giving mV signal from load cell to load cell signal conditioner(LCSC)and o/p of LCSC to my PLC which is going to me o/p in form of 0 to 10V.

Now after doing so and measuring m getting large amount of variation and even the mV signal is not remaining steady. did all possible efforts but still facing d same problem.

Suggest me the best possible solution as soon as possible.

Sounds like you need a J-Box (summing box)

That will also allow you to balance each load cell individually so weight is the same no matter which load cell it is on.
