Could anyone please suggest me high accuracy pressure transmitter for 0 to 200 bar, 4 to 20 MA output.

Almost any transmitter will be as accurate as the 4-20 signal allows.

I should have said the errors in your 4-20 mA signal transmission input card etc will be greater than any good transmitter's error for example if the input cards zero is off a little bit.
