I received your e-mail with attachments. I sent back the SRV schematic with comments. Looking at your earlier notes, if you were able to set the SSVD card per the control specification it should have worked properly. The pressure setpoint is called the P2 OR PRESSURE CONTROL VOLTAGE on the Figure 10-6 page.

Your photos show a rather badly torched set of HP turbine buckets. Material from these probably caused the damage to the 2nd stage nozzles and LP turbine buckets. I am not a metallurgist, but my first guess as to cause would be liquid hydrocarbons in the gas fuel.
