AFTER HAVE REPLACED THE GPS CARD ,ALSO THE SPU and the xpu card i read the initilaization value of 99999

with th PET i've read the parameters normalaaly after have initializing the novram
what can be the raison ,could i jhave to chnage also the HCU card ?
