How to change ip-address ABB PM783 ?

Hello.
I have ABB PM783 and Freelance 2019.
I need to change controller's ip-address, I have read "Freelance 2019 Mounting and Installation Instructions AC 700F Controller" and change ip for default 172.16.1.1 mask 255.255.240.0.
But I need another ip - 192.168.0.1 and mask 255.255.255.224
Refer the manual next step - "The Controller then waits for bootstrapping by Freelance Settings tool". I have Freelance settings app, but I don't found ip-settings for my controller.
What i need to do? Please help.
