How to display "Message line format" in alarm logging?

I am a learner using WinCC. In "alarm logging" picture, there are only
"Message blocks", "Message classes", "Group messages" and "Archive configuration" lists. I want to use "Message line format" and "Message window templates", but I can't find them.

Any help will be appreciated!
