CAUTION: Hope you know what you are doing and doesn't create any damage to the men and machine.

Also you should have access rights to make the modifications.
Mostly Admin user and its password.
Also you need modify Data / Design password.
Then once you are in your interested task list on the right side where you see variables, at the last like you will see a triangular marker, there you can type your interested variable name.
Don't forget to match the correct variable type. like Bool, int etc.,
