how to check & configure the detailed logic by using different commands/tools? do you any body have standard operating procedure of Advant control system? how to upload & download program in different PM processors?

I don't think you can upload the program from the controller

We have created a bootable cd rom that is totally menu driven with over 200 Advant PDF instruction files that covers about all of Advant.

You need the manuals about on line builder and control builder, as performed from an engineering workstation.

Email me off forum for details and how to purchase this cd rom of advant instructions.

From on line builder either at a workstation or at the engineering workstation..

set target to the controller node.

Then perform a dudb srce: file_name

To upload or "dump" the database.

Or....

dudbs srce: Node_name

to dump the source code of the database

When moving this database into another controller that may have different firmware, you need the source dump. the database dump is specific to the firmware from which it was dumped.

After you perform this dump from builder at a OS500, then it becomes a member of the station backup dat tape as well.
